Gratuity/tips are not automatically included, but are absolutely welcome! Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal accepted.

For private tours gratuity will be included.

Yes. Restrooms are available at most of the locations visited along the tour. Denisse will make sure to let you know about them.

Within at least 24hrs notice, refunds are possible. Partial refund if Denisse shows up the day of the tour. No refunds on no call no show. 

The Venice Beach tour lasts about three hours, really depending on the group's pace. Longest the tour could last is about 3.5 hours. Good amount of walking, a lot of sun.

Tours are available in English, and Spanish. The tour would be presented according to the majority. However, Denisse will be delighted to translate information for you along the way.
